How To Check Your SmartBro Balance

There are two ways to check your balance in SmartBro prepaid plug-it.

First: Check your balance online

1. Go to http://smart.com.ph/connect/ and register an account.
2. Go to the dashboard by entering your SmartBro number without the zero prefix. Ex. 9201234567
3. Enter the password you used when you created your account.
4. Select Balance Inquiry from the menu options available. A detailed balance of your account will be shown, including expiration of promos you're enrolled in. 

The link to http://smart.com.ph/connect/ is available on your home page SmartBro modem window so you can just click it when you're online.

Second: Check your balance via SMS or text message

1. On Create Message type BRO BAL
2. Send it to 2200. You will then receive a text message of your remaining balance.

The balance inquiry thru text is free of charge.

I personally find the SMS way easier. But you should try both and see what works for you.
